We are pleased to say we ship hundreds of artworks all around the world each year to private customers and to some of the largest art galleries across the UK. Our continued relationship with these large prestigious galleries over the years is in itself a testament to our service and attention. We pride ourselves in looking after our customers and we are only one phone call away if you have an issue. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase due to an imperfection in either the frame or print, you can return any artwork purchased from our online shop or gallery within 14 days of receiving it and get a full refund. Alternatively, you may exchange the artwork for another one. If you change your mind after purchasing an artwork in our Belmont Road gallery, you will be offered a full refund within 48 hours from the point of ordering. If you ordered your artwork online via our website, or by telephone or email, you will be entitled to a refund after 14 days of receiving your artwork. You will then have a further14 days to return the goods to us at your own cost. For obvious reasons, specially customised products cannot be returned under any circumstances unless Keith Drury Art has clearly failed to follow your instructions with respect to the personalisation of your artwork, or if the print or frame is damaged, or if it requires re-framing due to breakage caused by our courier service while in transit.

Any product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it, and preferably still be in the original packaging. Please be aware that handling, rolling and packing art should be undertaken very carefully as the paper can crease if it is not rolled correctly which often results in damage. Please retain your receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

Artworks can occasionally be damaged in transit and if the artwork you received is damaged in any way, please send us a photograph of the damage along with the packaging, and we will dispatch a replacement piece. On such occasions, we will bear the cost of returning the damaged item.
